Send an errand

Errands stay inside one city. That includes food a restaurant or a home cook sends to a customer. To send something to another town, send a parcel.

What a courier does for you

A courier buys or collects what you need inside one city: market shopping, something you left behind, food from a restaurant. You tell the courier what to do, and pin the pickup and the drop-off on the map.

How the price works

You see the service price before you place the errand. When the courier buys something, you also say what the items should cost: you pay for the items too, and any change stays with you.

You can add a tip for the courier. All of it goes to the courier.

How you pay

The money is held from your Abaqwa wallet when you place the errand and only paid out when the errand is done. Wallet short? Top it up on QuataPay’s secure page with your QuataPay wallet or MTN MoMo.

Follow it

Your errand gets a reference. Follow it under My orders until it is done.

Before you send, read the Delivery rules and the Terms. You accept them when you confirm an order.
