Send a parcel
What you can send
Documents, phones, clothes, boxes up to 30 kg. You say what kind of goods it is: ordinary goods, fragile (glass, ceramics…), electronics or perishable (food, flowers…).
In town: door to door inside one city. Between towns: from one town to another in the North-West. We start with routes around Bamenda.
How the price works
In town the price is set by the distance; between towns, by the weight. You also say what the parcel is worth: it is needed for every parcel, and a small fee applies when you declare a value.
You see the full price, everything included, before you pay, and until what time it holds. No price yet for your route? Ask Abaqwa Support in a chat.
How you pay
You pay before pickup: a courier is only sent for an order that is paid. Pay from your Abaqwa wallet, or on QuataPay’s secure page with your QuataPay wallet or MTN MoMo.
How it is delivered
A courier collects it at the pickup point. As soon as you pay, we send the recipient a delivery code, and the courier hands the parcel over only when they give it. Follow each step with your tracking number.
Before you send, read the Delivery rules and the Terms. You accept them when you confirm an order.
